Zipmex users, please be aware of fraudulent 'Zipmex Support' or 'admin' accounts claiming to represent Zipmex. Our support team will never initiate or contact you first without any request.
3 Ways to Stay Safe:
✅See the word "Admin" or "ZipStaff" on the right-hand side of the group chat, these are the real admins. Ping them through the group first if anyone impersonating them has approached you to check.
✅Check the account name that has DM-ed you. Only Zipmex Asia (@ZipmexAsia_bot) should be used for DMs. Make sure the spelling is exactly the same.
✅ Do not give out any personal or sensitive information. We will never ask for your name/phone number/DOB/wallet address/what wallet you use.
